This geofencing technology that we have provided can help solve our challenges and allow us to capture unique mobile device ID in nearby cafe and coffee shops without interfering customer privacy. The advanced technology empowers us to detect customer device ID in precise geographical areas, and target customers through online and social media retargeting advertising.
This results have generated 800% lower in customer acquisition cost as compared to target mass market audiences. The project kick-started in 3 districts and now expanded full delivery services across all areas in Hong Kong.
